The second book in my Drake's Key series is nearing completion before final publication. The Dead Return should complete the galley proofing this month. As soon as I have a final publication date, I'll post it.

Melissa from Tornado Alley chapter of Sisters in Crime and I had a delightful Zoom interview in late January. We covered discussions about The Seven Year Glitch and themes I like to use in my books.  She asked a bit about my writing process and professional history. I have three books in progress at this moment:

1. The third book in my Drake's Key series. I may be over optimistic, but I am hoping to have this published or at least in the queue for printing.

2. I WWII historical novel featuring a woman pilot who flies in the Aircraft Transport Auxiliary in Britain delivering planes to bases.

I have two early  books that are finished, and I am shopping around. I also have a memoir I am working on as an ebook.

I am registered for the Oklahoma Writers' Federation Inc. scheduled for May1-3, 2025, in Oklahoma City. I always meet great writers and pick up a few tips myself. I have entered several of the categories of the writing contest, so stary tuned for the results. I got an honorable mention last year for a book.
